Refund policy
All Y’all Ain’t Right gear is custom-made-to-order by our U.S. print partners—we don't warehouse inventory at this time, so we can't do exchanges or accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color. Once production starts (within 2 business days), items can't be canceled or altered.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Inspect your package(s) immediately upon arrival—especially with multiple shipments. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you (shipping costs non-refundable).
How Returns Work (If Approved)
- Contact us first—no unsolicited returns accepted.
- If eligible, we'll send a free return label + instructions.
- Ship back within 5 days of label receipt.
- We inspect within 3-5 business days and notify you.
Refunds
Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take longer to post). No cash or store credit swaps. Shipping fees never refunded.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Wait 20 business days total from order date before inquiring (covers full processing + shipping cycle). Use your tracking link; email us with order # if stuck.
